WHO WE ARE

Our

Mission & Values

We are committed to cultivating opportunities and resources within our community where none existed before. By transforming what might typically be regarded as waste—unused items, overstock, and excess—we create strategies for repurposing and reusing, thereby enhancing our community's resourcefulness. These initiatives evolve into fundraisers that support our diverse outreach programs, facilitate community engagement, offer scholarships, provide free camps for those in need, and nurture partnerships with numerous active organizations, community leaders, churches, and eager participants to address the challenges faced by our community.

Nearly six years ago, Tracy White, raised in an inner-city community, founded our organization to address our responsibility toward local neighborhoods. Eager to improve his surroundings, Tracy began repurposing computers to bridge the technology gap for those who couldn't afford new devices. Recognizing parents' need for technology as school assignments move online, he realized that access to information could impact a child's chances of receiving a scholarship. This sparked his passion for reusing resources and connecting with other industries to find opportunities for second-hand items. He partnered with Rose Gaston, a community leader dedicated to helping others, whose expertise helped establish NPARO, a program of Triple RRR 501c3 (Retrieve Restore Release).
